That's right. You thought that the flooding of the world due to Global Warming was just a ploy. Just a marketing tactic, like Y2k (the millennium bug). But you were wrong. You are wrong. Global Warming is real (what causes it, is another issue).
Nevertheless, an Alaskan Village has already started to succumb to the results of Global Warming. The village itself is dropping slowly and slowly into the sea as the ice around it melts. It has fallen about 400ft in the past few decades. That's tremendous. 400ft!? That's a little more than 120 metres (for those out there who don't know what a foot is).
Tragic.
