That's a big number. If you consider that barely the population of America itself actually votes in the polls, 39% is a massive number.
What is impeachment you ask though? It's simply a formal document charging an official of misconduct whilst in office. And who do you think that it's directed to? Well Mr. George Bush of course. So 39% of Americans want a document to question his actions in office, since they don't believe that what he's done with the War on Iraq is "good conduct".
