Touched by the Road Toll
Just a little question.
Has anyone seen those 'touched by the Road Toll' bumper stickers? In Victoria, Australia, that is. I saw one the other day and it just got me thinking.
When someone you know dies from a car crash, when exactly do they send you those bumper stickers? Where do you get them from? Is there a special place you go to collect your banner?
This concept just baffles me. If someone I knew had just died in a car crash, I think the last thing I would want is to be consoled by the Victorian Government with a bumper sticker.

Polar bear from HELL?
Maybe it's because I've never actually seen a Polar bear eat anything before, but I always thought they ate fish, or seals. Just didn't think they would have access to horses.
